What does it cost?
A single payment of US$99. The price shown at checkout is the total you pay.
How long does it take?
Each module has a narrated video, a written lesson, a scenario to reflect on and an assessment. You study at your own pace, in any order, and there is no fixed deadline.
How do the assessments work?
Each module has 15 questions, including short real-life scenarios. The pass mark is 70%, which is 11 correct answers out of 15. You have up to three attempts per module, and after each sitting you see the correct answer and a short explanation for anything you missed.
Is it accredited?
No. This is an IIDCG programme and credential. It is not a regulated qualification and is not accredited by any external body, and we do not claim CPD hours for it.
How long do I have access?
Lifetime access to your purchased course materials, for as long as IIDCG offers the programme, as set out in our terms.
Do I have to record a video message?
No. An optional video message of about two minutes is welcome, and it has no effect on your certificate.
Can I share my login?
No. Your login is personal and only one sign-in is active at a time. The materials are for your own learning.

How do I get my certificate?
Pass all three assessments, then open your certificate page in the course. Confirm the name exactly as you want it printed and press "Issue my certificate". A recording is optional.
How do I download or print it?
On the certificate page choose "Download certificate (PDF)" or "Print". It prints on A4.
How do I add it to LinkedIn?
On the certificate page press "Add to LinkedIn profile". LinkedIn opens with the details already filled in. You can also download a badge image to post and feature.
What does FIIDCG mean?
FIIDCG is the designation IIDCG Executive Education gives to people who complete the Fellowship. It is a programme designation, not a chartered, licensed or regulated title.
How can someone check my certificate?
They enter its number on the verification page.

Where is my receipt?
Stripe emails a receipt to the address you paid with. Please check your spam folder too.
I was charged twice, or I paid and cannot get in.
Please tell us below, using the email address you paid with, and we will put it right.
Can I get a refund?
The Fellowship enrolment fee is non-refundable, because access begins as soon as you pay. Please read our terms and refund policy.
Is payment secure?
Payment is taken by Stripe on its own secure page. IIDCG never sees or stores your card number.
