Who we are
The Fellowship is offered by IIDCG Executive Education, the education arm of the Impact Institute for Directors & Corporate Governance, United Arab Emirates. You can write to us at training@iidcg.com.
What you are buying
A single payment of US$99 gives one named person access to the online IIDCG Fellowship in Leadership and Governance. The programme has three self-paced modules. Each has a narrated video, a reading, a scenario and a 15-question assessment. The pass mark is 70% and you have three attempts per module. The price shown at checkout is the total you pay.
Your certificate is earned
Your payment gives you access to the programme and its assessments. It does not buy a certificate. A certificate of completion is issued only when you have passed all three modules. It is issued by IIDCG Executive Education, carries a number that anyone can check on our verification page, and is yours to download without any further purchase. It is a certificate of completion. It is not a university degree or a regulated qualification, and it is not accredited or recognised by an external awarding body.
The FIIDCG designation
"FIIDCG" is a designation that IIDCG Executive Education gives to people who have completed the IIDCG Fellowship in Leadership and Governance. It is a programme designation. It is not a chartered, licensed or regulated title, and it does not show membership of any external professional body. We may withdraw it if a certificate is revoked.
Access
Your access has no end date for as long as IIDCG offers the programme. We will give you reasonable notice before we withdraw it. Your login is personal to you. Please do not share it. The videos, readings and booklet are for your own study and must not be copied, recorded, shared or sold.
No refunds on the Fellowship
Access to the course begins as soon as you pay. For that reason the enrolment fee is non-refundable, including if you do not start, do not finish or do not pass. By ticking the box at checkout you accept these terms. You also ask for immediate access to the course, and you understand that you lose any right to cancel once access begins. This does not affect any right you have under the law where you live that cannot be excluded.
If you are charged twice by mistake, or you pay and cannot get in, write to us and we will put it right.
Optional recognition services
After you earn your certificate you may buy optional services, such as a Fellow profile or a feature on Impact Legacy. They are separate from the Fellowship fee, each with its own price. Publication is always subject to editorial approval, and we do not promise any particular reach, ranking or result. Online and magazine features are labelled as sponsored content.
Refund for these services: if we have not published your feature within 30 days of receiving your completed form, or if we decline your submission, we will refund what you paid for it in full.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The version in force when you paid applies to your purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and its courts have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in the country where you live.
IIDCG Professional Certificate in Modern Board Directorship
This is a separate online programme with its own fee. It has four modules, a final exam and an optional capstone project. On completion you receive an IIDCG certificate of completion and a statement of your results, both issued by IIDCG Executive Education. They are not a regulated or accredited qualification.
Start and schedule. The start date, and the weekly opening of the modules, are stated on the programme page and in your confirmation.
Fees. The fee is per participant, in US dollars, as shown at checkout or on your invoice.
No refunds. Fees are non-refundable, including if a participant cannot start, does not finish or does not pass. A participant who cannot complete may transfer the seat to a colleague, or defer it to the next intake, by writing to training@iidcg.com. This does not affect any right you have under the law where you live that cannot be excluded.
