Quick fixes

I did not get my login email

First check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, enter your email address here and we will send your login link again straight away. Use the same email address you gave when you enrolled.

I paid but cannot get in

Use the link above to have your login link sent again. If it still does not arrive, write to us from the email address you used when you paid.

I forgot my password

Open the Fellowship sign-in page and choose “Forgotten your password?”.

How do I sign in?

Go to iidcg.com/fellowship and sign in with the email address you enrolled with.

Can I check a certificate?

Yes. Enter the certificate number on our verification page.

About the Fellowship

What does the Fellowship cost?

A single payment of US$99. The price shown at checkout is the total you pay.

What happens after I pay?

We email your personal login link to the address you paid with. Open it, choose a password, and the course is ready. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder, then ask for it again here.

How long does it take?

Each module has a narrated video, a written lesson, a scenario to reflect on and an assessment. You study at your own pace, in any order, and there is no fixed deadline, so you can fit it around your work.

How are the assessments run?

Each module has 15 questions, including short real-life scenarios. The pass mark is 70%, which is 11 correct answers out of 15. You have up to three attempts per module, some questions change on a retake, and after each sitting you see the correct answer and a short explanation for anything you missed.

What do I receive when I pass?

The IIDCG Fellowship in Leadership and Governance, issued by IIDCG, with a certificate that has its own credential ID and a public verification page. You can add it to your LinkedIn profile with one link, and download a badge image to share.

Is the Fellowship earned by paying?

No. The US$99 gives you access to learn. The certificate is earned only by passing all three assessments.

What does FIIDCG mean?

FIIDCG is the designation IIDCG Executive Education gives to people who complete the IIDCG Fellowship in Leadership and Governance. You may use it after your name once you hold your certificate. It is a programme designation, not a chartered, licensed or regulated title, and it does not show membership of any external professional body. If a certificate is revoked, the designation is withdrawn.

Is it accredited?

No. This is an IIDCG programme and credential. It is not a regulated qualification and is not accredited by any external body, and we do not claim CPD hours for it.

Do I have to record a video message?

No. An optional video message of about two minutes is welcome, and it has no effect on your certificate.

How long do I have access?

Lifetime access to your purchased course materials, for as long as IIDCG offers the programme, as set out in our terms.

Can I get a refund?

The Fellowship enrolment fee is non-refundable, because access begins as soon as you pay. Please read our terms and refund policy for the details. If you were charged twice by mistake, or you paid and cannot get in, write to us and we will put it right.

Is payment secure?

Payment is taken by Stripe on its own secure page. IIDCG never sees or stores your card number.

Can I share my login?

No. Your login is personal and only one sign-in is active at a time. The materials are for your own learning.

What are the optional profile and feature services?

After you earn your certificate you may buy optional services, such as a Fellow profile or a feature on Impact Legacy. They are separate from the Fellowship fee, subject to editorial approval, and described when you complete the Fellowship.
