What we collect

• Your name and email address.
• Your progress, assessment scores and attempts, and your certificate details.
• If you choose to send one, a short video message about your experience.
• Your payment status. Card details go straight to Stripe and never reach our website.
• If you buy an optional recognition service: the biography, photographs and details you submit for it.

Why we use it

To give you access, run your assessments, issue and verify your certificate, email you about your enrolment, keep payment records, and, if you buy one, prepare your feature.

Cookies and analytics

The Fellowship sales page counts visits and button clicks in totals only. It uses no cookies and stores no IP addresses or personal data, and it does not count visitors who send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. Signing in uses the cookie that WordPress needs to keep you logged in.

Google sign-in

Signing in with Google is optional. If you use it, we receive your verified email address from Google.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments) and the companies that host our website and send our email. We do not sell your information, and we share it with no one else unless the law requires it.

Certificate verification

Anyone who enters your valid certificate number on our verification page will see your name, the certificate number and the issue date.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by writing to training@iidcg.com. We keep the minimum needed to keep issued certificates verifiable and to meet our accounting duties.
