Programme Registration & Payments

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation more than 14 days before start date: transferable credit may be issued

• Cancellation within 14 days: fees are non-refundable

• Non-attendance: no refund or credit

Substitutions from the same organization are permitted with prior notice.
